I love words and I respect them for their power to deliver messages. Some words are meant to be kept secret, others are for lovers, or for daughters. These words were meant to be read by a hypnotherapist, yet now, they want to travel far and expose their truth to you.
What aspects of your life make you feel most alive?
Teaching conscious movement, mixing yoga and dance to take people on spiritual embodied journeys
Creating beautiful transformative art (sound recordings, visual designs, flower arrangements, healthy meals, hosting events, performing, singing and dancing)
Engaging with diverse multi-cultural creative people, learning from their process, their questions, their frontiers.
Learning about the human experience, studying consciousness, philosophy, meditation, shamanism, mysticism, tantra and anything that brings me closer to the mystery of our existence
Co-creating transformational experiences for others, planning all the details, the scent, the music, the tone of voice, the curriculum, the design of the brochure
Making love and enjoying sharing my life with a partner, the delicious reciprocity of love!
What is your relationship with your body?
In the wisdom of the subtle body there’s a hyper awareness of life current flowing to me, through me and as me. I listen to her quietly and let her take me on journeys inwards into the depths of the ocean and the earth. When I’m in tune deeply I can sense my body connecting with nature around me, the mountains, the wind, the seasons, ancestral memory. I believe I’ve mastered my body, in a sense that when I’m dancing or doing yoga, what I imagine, I can do. The body responds in beautiful, expansive, flexible and sensual ways, and it’s a delight to inhabit a body that moves gracefully through life. I love inspiring others with my body and love dancing and massaging and sharing the physical life next to other bodies.
